1. Course Bookings

• Bookings must be made through the website or by contacting us directly.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We reserve the right to refuse bookings or reschedule courses if necessary.

2. Cancellations, Refunds, and Course Changes

• Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before the course start date to qualify for a full refund.
• Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the course date will allow you to choose an alternative course date or receive a refund subject to a cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the course date are not eligible for a refund.
• No-shows on the course date are not eligible for refunds.
• Course Cancellations by TLC Compliance: We reserve the right to cancel courses if there is an insufficient number of participants. In such cases, we will notify you at least 48 hours in advance and offer either an alternative course date or a full refund.

3. Unforeseen Events

In extreme circumstances, such as health emergencies or other exceptional situations supported by proof, a full refund or an alternative course date may be granted at the sole discretion of TLC Compliance Limited.

4. Course Attendance

• Attendees must arrive on time and present valid ID to verify their identity.
• Late arrivals may not be admitted, and refunds will not be issued.

5. Certificates

• Certificates of completion will only be issued upon full attendance of the course.
• It is the attendee’s responsibility to ensure their personal details are correct for certificate issuance.

6. Liability

• TLC Compliance Limited is not responsible for travel costs or other expenses incurred by attendees due to course changes or cancellations.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from the use of our website or services.

7. Website Use

• You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to the website at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms
